Congrats to IBI Senior Fellow Dr. Chris Stoeckert and his team on publication of their paper titled "A novel tool for standardizing clinical data in a semantically rich model" in the Journal of Biomedical Informatics. This paper describes the PennTURBO database and software which is being implemented at Penn Medicine for clinical data integration, analysis, and inference.
