It's not too late........... Hope House is excited to be kicking off our final days of fundraising, will you join us? The end of the year brings with it the season of giving thanks and giving back. It’s a time to reflect on the past months and all of its ups and downs: the many challenges we’ve faced, and the obstacles we’ve overcome. It’s a time to celebrate the power of giving. Please keep in mind - Our nation’s charities are struggling to help those suffering from ...COVID-19, and many deserving organizations can use all the help they can get, said IRS Commissioner Chuck Rettig. The IRS reminds people there’s a new provision that allows for cash donations of up to $300 made before Dec. 31, 2020, to be deductible when people file their taxes in 2021. We encourage people to explore this option to help deserving tax-exempt organizations and the people and causes they serve. Consider joining Hope House for a special year-end campaign as we make our last efforts in 2020 to unite our community to support women and children. We are currently raising funds to complete the furnishing of our house so we can give shelter to those in need. Together, we can make the world a better place for women and children who need shelter, resources, and HOPE in Christ in the New Year and beyond. See more

I received this in a Christmas card earlier this week. It's message is the mission of the Hope House. It touched my heart and trust that it will yours, too. Have a Blessed Christmas! Isaiah 9:6 "For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And He will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace."

The first day of "Love Your Neighbor" at the Hope House was amazing! So many helping out by giving of their time and talent. It made this day truly beautiful!! "Thank You" doesn't fully capture the sentiment. May each of us be forever changed by His presence and provision!

"Love Your Neighbor" Work Week July 27th - 31st from 9am- 4pm Check out these amazing before/after pictures of the Hope House (117 7th St., Midland, PA)! Th...ank you to those that came out for our work day on July 15th. It was unimaginably, extremely productive! Love Your Neighbor, a youth oriented mission project, will be further renovating the Hope House. We could use your help! There are many projects that need to be completed. If you have an hour or two or could spend the day we would greatly appreciate your help. You can come and go as your schedule permits. Bring a lunch or snack, cold drinks will be provided. We would love your help finding new homes for many of the items, including antiques, appliances, furniture & so much more! All monies received will go toward the Hope House, a faith-based non-profit shelter for women and children. Come find a fantastic bargain and help support the Hope House.
