Another roof that we did about a month ago in Belle vernon. Finished pictures.

This one was a little tough! People carpenter ants can really damage your home and garage! Always keep plants with big root systems at least 5-10 feet away from your foundation. We had to tear 2/3rds of the exterior wall to the garage down and take the deck entirely down. The wall had to be rebuilt as well as the wooden I beam that supported the floor as well as the exterior wall. All new wall studs as well as insulation. New OSB and house wrap. Piece back together the siding that was removed in a orderly fashion. Then rebuild the deck. The ledger board had to be replaced as well as some joist. Turn out great and fixed better then ever!!
