The Girard Hose Company is always looking to recruit more members. There are so many reasons to become a volunteer to your local fire company: 1. Provide emergency medical services to your local community 2. Gain valuable knowledge in fire suppression, emergency medical care, etc. 3. Networking with personnel within the emergency services fields... 4. Provide maintenance to the equipment in your local fire company that saves lives, property, and the environment 5. Participate in fundraising events that allow volunteer fire companies to continue operating 6. Serve as an educational tool to your community through public relation events 7. Free training (fire and medical) 8. Satisfaction knowing that you are making a difference in your community Does volunteering at the Girard Hose Company seem like something you may be interested in? If so, consider the following requirements to join our company: 1. A short application to join 2. Annual membership dues of $12 3. Age requirement: 14 years old and older 4.
