House Bill 1325, introduced in July 2013, amends PA's Sewage Facilities Act. The new law eliminates the need to assess potential impact of septic systems on EV and HQ streams. However, Preliminary Hydrogeologic Assessments, completed to address nitrate loading to ground water quality from on-lot sewage systems, are still required.

We have been learning a lot about archeological work since we contracted ASC Group ( http://www.ascgroup.net/index.html ) to facilitate the respectful relocation of a local private cemetery for one of our very caring clients. The burials are around 200 years old and the folks from ASC have been doing a great job!
