If one of the two is lacking the reps will start to be a little sloppy. Note differences from one side to the other and see what may be lacking. Coach @jasonfeairheller sharing more great training tips for explosive movement. When adding resistance to any explosive movement think about how positions and angles may change. Too much resistance may change positions enough that it changes the intent of the drill. For explosive movements or cuts using a light to moderate resistance works great.
