Hi we have two new hoppy beers for you today. The Evening Rites is an 8% DIPA and Where We Left is a 6.4% IPA. We also have some wonderful new long sleeve t shirts featuring the artwork from The Evening Rites. Beer and merch are all available at the NewSpace, we are open from 12-7 today and tomorrow. Where We Left - 6.4% IPA This nice IPA brewed with German barley and wheat, was hopped in the kettle with Idaho 7 and Centennial before being dry hopped with full sacks o...f Idaho 7 and Cashmere. Notes of fancy tiki drinks, vanilla wafers, resiny tangerine candies and melon drowning in stone fruit. The Evening Rites - 8.0% DIPA This big boy IPA brewed with barley, wheat and oats was hopped with Simcoe and Columbus in the whirlpool then dry hopped with big boy amounts of Simcoe and Galaxy. Notes of freshly opened mylar bags, passion fruit synesthesia, red and pink starbursts and tropical fruit baskets. You can get this beer and others at the NewSpace when we are open for takeout. Our hours are Tuesday through Thursday 4-7, Friday and Saturday 12-7. We will be at the Rittenhouse Farmers’ Market from 10-2 on Saturday. Notes of baking pears, maybe with some spices, a bouquet of herb flowers like anise hyssop, lemon verbena, and pineapple sage, some dried citrus peal things, and maybe an old person candy. See more

We bottled up a special one the other day; Marius, a fruited barrel aged saison that is a holiday tradition for us. This beer was tasting great at bottling, we can’t wait to see how it develops.

Today we wish Regan safe travels and good fortune as he heads north to Boston for some exciting new work.
