Spruce Hill Community Association (SHCA) has canceled this year’s Halloween Tot Parade, an event that had been held for 23 years. Instead, neighborhood residents are invited to participate in a virtual Spruce Hill Halloween Parade, which will take place online at www.sprucehillca.org.

The Free Library is proud to co-sponsor the Philadelphia Latin American Book Fair on October 15-17. It will, of course, be a little different this year, but that will also make it easier to attend!

The Kingsessing Library will be giving away free items in front of the library on 51st Street between Chester and Kingsessing. These will include pencils, erasers, notebooks, art supplies, and tons of books for all ages. There will also be free re-usable cloth masks, diapers, and baby wipes.
