I wanted to offer a positive "shout out" to Tracey's Flowers in Fleetwood. I stopped today to pick up flowers for a clients family due to a passing of one of the members. I shared what I was thinking and she came out with a beautiful arrangement. She even allowed me to place the cards inside that I had previously purchased for the family. She then covered it in plastic, and placed the arrangement in a box to keep the cards from making it heavy to one side and falling over. Her thoughtfulness; and the quick and efficient way in which she supplied what I was looking for was impressive. Thank you for making what was done in love and respect such a pleasure despite the sadness that brought me through your doors this morning!
