ESYA is accepting all children from kindergarten through 8th grade in the East Stroudsburg Area School District (North and South) for the upcoming cheerleading season. You can register at www.esya-sports.org anytime. We will also have in person registration events coming soon. Let us know if you have any questions!

If anyone is interested in helping coach cheerleading this upcoming season, please reach out. You may comment here or message the page.

Hope everyone is having a great Labor Day Weekend. We are looking at putting together a few flag teams to participate in a local league this fall. If anyone is interested please message us on Facebook. We will also need volunteers to coach teams. Practice would be 2 days a week with games on Saturdays at Dansbury Park.

This statue could be you soon. Grab your water and Yoga Matt and come workout at Minisink Park with ESYA. This is a high intensity workout geared to work every muscle in your body. We have changed the days to MONDAY and WEDNESDAYS starting at 6PM( most workouts are about an hour).Hope to see you all soon.
