Hi everyone, I figure I owe everyone an update as to the status of the store/shop We applied for permits to start the renovation and as I expected the Township building code officer is making us deal with Labor and Industry to update everything since the store was closed for more than 6 months. I was concerned this would happen, especially since it took so long for the title company to correct the title issue on the property when we were purchasing it earlier this year. ... As a result, we are going to go ahead and submit our entire plans for expansion and change, and this may include all 3 phases of expansion that we want to do. We feel in the best interest for the community, our current and future fishing clients, friends, visitors; that we might as well just do it all. All I can say, if we can get it all approved, we will be bring a very special place to Espyville and the Pymatuning area, something that all of you will enjoy and find interesting. I will release details as permits get approved and construction begins. We are excited about the future and what we can bring to the area.
