It is with great sadness that we announce that we will not be able to hold our Annual Haunting of the Elks Lodge this Halloween season. Unfortunately, with the COVID-19 pandemic still in our midst, we need to make sure that we are keeping the safety of our members and the safety of our community at the forefront of our mind. At this time, we feel it would be too difficult to guarantee the safety of our Scare Squad and our community members. We are hoping to use this time ...to make some improvements to our facility and prepare for an even bigger and better haunt next year!!! But we know you love Halloween as much as we do, so we still have some other things for the community to participate in this season.. We will be holding our annual house decorating contest for Bridgeport residents! Pull out your spookiest decorations and show us what you got! Registration is from October 1st-October 9th. Send your name, address and contact information to [email protected]. Prizes will be awarded for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners on October 10th! Don’t forget to stop by the lodge on Halloween to show us your costume! Elks members will be handing out treats to the community, while following all local safety guidelines.

The Elks Annual Golf Outing Update: In support of our State's Major Project "Home Service"! Find out about the program here: https://paelkshomeservice.org This years event is scheduled to still take place on Friday August 28th at Westover Golf Club. The event will begin at 1:00 and will feature a boxed lunch, raffles, contests, golf and a cart. This benefits our Pennsylvania Home Services Program! ELKS CARE - ELKS SHARE! ... We are still in need of golfers to fill out our field, so whether you are a single golfer or have a foursome, we would love to have you come join us. The costs is $85.00 per golfer. The Elks Annual "Flag Day Ceremony" takes place this Sunday afernoon at 2pm at Bridgeport Memorial Park. This open to the public ceremony lasts about one hour. Make plans to join us this Sunday and show your respect for our flag! #ElksCareElksShare #flagday

Yesterday, the Bridgeport Elks donated food for all 170 employees working hard at Manor Care, a post hospital nursing care facility, in King of Prussia.
