Wooded Lane Addition, Roof Raise & Renovation This split-level home in Villanova was in need of a 1st floor renovation and more room for the family to entertain. We added a rear addition and raised the roof to add a 3rd floor. The addition is used as a family room and dining area. Three large Pella patio doors open up the back of the house to an amazing outdoor living space. The first floor renovation included a new living room and kitchen. We added a stairwell from the first to third floor, giving this split-level home a more functional layout. The exterior got a facelift with new James Hardie siding.

Midland Avenue Addition & Renovation We built a rear addition and renovated the 1st floor on this home located in Wayne. The rear addition has a large kitchen with bead-board ceiling and an open-floor plan to a family room. We renovated the old kitchen area to now house a mudroom with cubby lockers and a side entrance. The exterior of the addition received James Hardie siding with accents of scallop and cedar shake siding on the gable to match the existing 140 year old home. The corbels were custom made, using old wood floor joists we removed from the house. This was a HARB (Historical) project that matched the existing home perfectly!

PROJECT GALLERY Hillside Road Addition, Roof Raise & Renovation We started this residence on 8/5/14 and this awesome family moved back in the day after Thanksgiving!!! This was a split level that we added a rear-1 story addition, raised the roof to add a 3rd and 4th floor, renovated the whole interior of the house and changed the entire exterior! The original kitchen was extremely limited to entertaining space and not operational for a family with 4 kids! Now, the open flo...or plan in the rear of the home with this timeless kitchen design is stunning and perfect for their lifestyle! We added 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom to the 3rd floor; 1 bedroom, 1 loft study and 1 bathroom to the 4th floor; Refinished the existing parquet floors, repainted the rooms, remodeled the master bathroom on the 2nd floor; Renovated the lower level into a playroom, entertainment area and cubby lockers.
