It’s almost here, the day many Pennsylvania hunters wait for all year: The Opening Day of Firearms Deer Season! From all of us here at the Pennsylvania Game Com...mission, good luck, have fun and hunt safely! PA’s regular firearms deer season opens TOMORROW, Saturday Nov. 28, 2020, and this year, includes a day of Sunday deer hunting on Nov. 29, 2020, then runs through Dec. 12, 2020. [Hunters in WMUs 2B, 2C, 2D, 2E, 4A, 4B, 4D, 5A, 5C and 5D will have a concurrent antlered and antlerless firearms deer season. In all other WMUs, a seven-day antlered deer season will be followed by a seven-day concurrent season.] A few quick reminders: All hunters are required to report their harvest within 10 days. Hunters who harvest deer in a Disease Management Area are asked to submit their deer’s head for CWD testing.
