I just wanted to take a min and explain what is going on with my store. I recently closed down my storefront, and accepted a full time position with another company. So what does this mean for the future of Phone Geek? I will still be operating on a much smaller scale, there will be no more dropping off your device to a location I will now pick up and deliver all devices. Also I am not longer working on all phones, I am focusing all my time on Apple iPhones and iPad...s only. I have a limited space and can no longer stock all the other screens. So this was a fun little project. Was fixing a phone for a customer, when I finished he asked me if I worked on water damaged phones. I was like sure do bring it in. The next day he shows up with this iPhone 6s Plus. It was at the bottom of a lake 7 days 35 feet deep and found by a scuba diver. I was doubtful I could do much, started cleaning and sorting things out. First issue was half the backlight on the mainboard was shorted out. Repaired that, and from there it w...as just changing parts.
