As we approach the 1 year anniversary of my man Bernie deciding to become a machine, I have to give him a huge shout out. Working out/staying fit during the pandemic can be difficult, but despite this and having a young family keeping him on his toes Bernie has continued to crush it. He's been able to not only lose weight, but keep it off and go through a total body recomposition in the process (despite little/no cardio and few dietary changes). I'm excited to keep working with himb and keep building on his success!

Jes got us a new scale that's pretty cool, now I'm torn whether to cut or bulk. Thinking about going with the former to get that body fat percentage down Anyone have any thoughts??? Also I'm aware these aren't the most accurate measurements but it's better than traditional scales
