For years we have wrestled with how to be an ally in our diverse community and create an inclusive workplace. We believe Black Lives Matter. This is not an empty token or flash in the pan.... We are committed to continuing our efforts to listen, learn, audit, and grow as a company. This community has invested in us and given us the opportunity to flourish and for that we are grateful. We have heard from you about the importance of being present on social media during this time and that a key part of being an ally is to use our influence to speak out against racism. Listening leads to action. We've always believed that business can be a force for good and will keep challenging ourselves to use our influence as leaders in the community in a way that promotes good and does not perpetuate systematic harm. We are here. Then. Now. Six months from now. As long as it takes. - Kyle (CEO) & Crystal (COO) The Commons Company - @passengercoffee, @necessarycoffee, @princestcafe, @pscyork, @merrymakercatering, @bluelinelancaster, @commissarylancaster @ Lancaster, Pennsylvania See more
We’re inspired by the ways this community comes together to serve! - We received a batch of fresh fruit beverages when Earth Source Inc asked to give lemons and limes to our friends at ríjuice to press. Together, their generous donations provided over 200 bottles for us to hand out with the bagged lunches! Thanks also to the Commons Food Hub customers who’ve donated $5000 toward food costs and to our staff who’ve prepared 1600 lunches for those in need over the past 2 mo...nths. We’re in this TOGETHER and we’re not stopping! Onward! See more

Commons Company has committed to prepare 150-200 bagged lunches every Sunday during this time of need.
