This time last year, the day before Thanksgiving, we were bringing this modern synagogue wedding to life for our sweet couple Ellie + Daniel. Their wedding day, featured this week on @philawedding, included a first look in Old City followed by a stop at @zahavrestaurant for hummus. Then it was off to the synagogue where the brides father, a rabbi, presided over their ceremony. We worked with @house_of_catherine, @maggpie_rentals and @vaultandvine.events to help transform the congregation into a modern restaurant vibe. More details from this wedding in the link in our bio.

Happy anniversary to our very own @j_whyy and her better half @briandphotos. This time three years ago we were putting together this dreamy Adirondack wedding with our buds @qainteriors and @redfieldphoto. It was the most magical fall wedding in the mountains.

It’s been one year since we were celebrating the 21st night of September with Becca + Jaime. This was our very first @fitlerclub wedding (we toured it while it was still under construction), and it is quickly becoming one of our favorite venues in the city. We can’t wait to be back several more times next year. More photos from this wedding in the recent issue of @philawedding.

Yesterday marked one year since we celebrated @princessrachl and @seidnote at @tylerhillcamp18469. We were suppose to be back at Tyler Hill a few more times this year, but we’ll have to save our return for 2021. Have we mentioned that camp weddings are our favorite? Save a bunk for the Clover team and we’ll camp alongside you all weekend running everything from welcoming your guests with welcome bags to saying farewell at brunch. We can’t say it enough, these micro-weddings have been magical. Cortney+ Brent were originally scheduled to get married on 8/22/20 at @theoldebarphl with over 100 of their friends and family, but we’ve postponed that big celebration until next year. In the meantime, they wanted to honor their original wedding date and legally get married so we arranged for these two to exchange vows with just each other at the Horticulture Center before heading back to their home in Manayun...k for a small backyard picnic or as Cortney and I jokingly referred to it as eating sandwiches in their driveway. We brought in a sweet bouquet from @ramfloral, a cake from @nutmegcakedesign, rentals from @partyrentalltd and designed custom koozies, napkins and signage to make this backyard picnic more fun. @arielkatrinahair and @shimmerandspice make Cortney look like a natural beauty and we’re so glad @peachplumpearphoto was there to capture this fun day. Today marks seven years since I went on a first date with this handsome guy and and three years since I made him my husband and I wouldn’t trade these years together or the life we’ve worked so hard to build for anything. Three years ago we spent the weekend glamping at @firelightcamps with our closest friends and family in one of our favorite places, the Finger Lakes. Eternally grateful to all of my vendor friends who traveled to Ithaca for us to make this wedding happen. If... there’s one piece of advice I always tell clients (especially during these unique times), do whatever type of wedding makes you happy and whatever style you like now. We may look back and laugh that we got married at a campground or that Adam wore a green suit and me this gown, but we’ll always remember that this weekend was everything we wanted it to be in that moment. @ Firelight Camps See more

This retro inspiration shoot from the @the_bridal_masterclass was one of the last big designs we did just before quarantine hit, so it’s giving us all the extra feels seeing it featured in @theknot national magazine. This is what happens when you bring all the right vendors together and let them each work their own unique magic. Special shoutout to @house_of_catherine for inviting us to participate and to @twistedwillowflowers and @afriksterportraits for collaborating on this design with us. Carrita + Jake made the decision to postpone their large wedding to next year, but still wanted to tie the knot this year. We found out earlier this week that this photo by @asya_photography_philly of our couple @lizlemmons and @myklem was chosen as the COVER photo for the new issue of @modluxweddingsphl! What makes this news even sweeter is that Liz and Mike are the first real couple to be featured on the cover and are the most genuine and kind humans. @barbuzzoupstairs is one of our favorite intimate venues here in Philly! For Lauren + Fred’s wedding, we swapped the restaurant's vintage-style tableware and bistro-style napkins for some sleek modern alternatives. We used @partyrentalltd’s Aster Matte plates, Vanderbilt silverware, and Pandora glassware. To tie in more aspects of the color palette we brought in orchid terra napkins and eggplant velluto runners from @nuagedesignsinc. Sculptural arrangements of blooms from @ramfloral and sleek menus with personalized placards attached from @chickinvitations provided the perfect finishing touch! @ Barbuzzo

SAY HELLO TO 660 COLLECTIVE: We are so excited to announced that we have decided to join our fellow wedding industry friends @haleyrichterphoto, @ramfloral, and @shimmerandspice at their studio space @660_collective. 660 is a large light-filled white warehouse space that will allow us the room to continue to grow Clover into the regional wedding planning business is has become. It’s allowing us the ability to increase our in-house production, bring in more rental samples to s...hare with you, host multiple client meetings at once, and to even display our inventory out in the open - something we’ve never been able to do before! We’ve already been using the 660 Collective space for our new branding photos (like the one pictured here by @haleyrichterphoto!), for our @herecomesthepod podcast recordings and more, but we are excited to officially move into the space fully and finally call it home. The new studio is based in Norristown, PA, just outside the city of Philadelphia limits. Though we know it may be a bit further for some of our clients and vendor friends than our Manayunk location, we promise to make your visit worth the extra drive. We look forward to meeting with you all and celebrating with you at our new studio space once we are allowed to socialize again. In the meantime we will continue our Google Hangout and Zoom meetings with you all, while wearing our Clover fleeces in the comfort of our own homes. For Lindsey + Patrick's College of Physicians wedding, we were inspired by themes of education and an apothecary aesthetic. We brought on @house_of_catherine to design all of the signage and paper goods for our shoot at @surayaphilly and she used the color palette we gave her along with the restaurant design as the basis for the invite suite and signage. She designed this sweet menu, which includes some of our favorite Suraya dishes, and hung it on this custom copper structure that perfectly complimented the amber glassware, blue taper candles and linens we used on the table along with the florals by @brave_floral. Too bad we only had a bite and then put it in our car on the way to our AirBnB for our mini moon, but got distracted and stopped at the Ithaca Farmers Market and forgot the cake in the car and came back to find it melted all over. >> True story, we’ve been so busy coordinating and styling weddings these past few weeks that sometimes our Instagram feed takes a back seat. >> Though @firelightcamps has many amazing amenities onsite, we had to transform a section of the campground into a fully functioning reception venue. To do this we put up an additional tent and brought in farm tables and bamboo chairs for guests. Custom black and white falsa blanket runners lined the tables and @fayeandrenee adorned them with collections of bud vases, oil lamps and pottery with ferns, florals and pods. One of my tips for my own clients is to focus on upgradi...ng your head table and we did the same for ours seen here. @fayeandrenee made this amazing greenery backdrop to ground our head table and even incorporated a custom wood Camp Kuch sign that my bridesmaids gifted us the night before. I purchased these black wicker chairs for Adam and I and accented the head table with vintage green goblets and black wood placecards by @everlaser for our wedding party. All of these elements helped create the elevated camping vibe Adam and I were going for. >> Sharing a few more details from my own wedding featured on @greenweddingshoes including this invite suite by @mtnpaper who made all of my invitation dreams come to life. We weaved aztec patterns, a tent icon and arrows into the invite suite that I later used in other design elements for the wedding. My favorite part by far was the vellum overlay which read, Ain’t no mountain high enough, ain’t no valley low enough, ain’t no river wide enough, to keep me from getting to yo...u. Adam and I grew up in the same hometown on opposite sides of the river (Susquehanna River) in a valley (the Wyoming Valley) surrounded by mountains. You can basically draw a straight line across the river to both of the houses we grew up in. So when we heard that song on the radio while driving one day, we knew we had to weave it into our wedding and our awesome band @stellaruze_ played an acoustic cover of it for our first dance. I love adding person touches to weddings I design and it was no different when designing our own. >> Adam and I first visited the Finger Lakes a few years ago and immediately fell in love with the scenery, the wineries, distilleries and the people. When we got engaged and started looking at venues, the Finger Lakes was our first stop. Camping has also always been a favorite of ours. The sound of crickets and animals outside your tent, the smell of a fire pit, the taste of s’mores. That’s why we were so ecstatic when we came across @firelightcamps. The second we stepped on... the property we knew it was where we were going to get married. We spent Friday with our family and friends doing a tour of the wineries and breweries along Seneca Lake and then our close friends camped along side us in these elevated tents on the property all weekend while the rest of our guests stayed at @latourelle_ithaca, an inn on the same grounds as the camp and wedding. Creating a whole wedding weekend was important to us because I know first hand how fast a wedding day can go. Our summery Cape May elopement shoot with Haley Richter Photography, shimmer and spice, RAM Floral and Nicole Miller Philadelphia is featured on the Philadelphia Magazine and Philadelphia Wedding Magazine blog! I grew up going to Cape May and it makes for one magical place to elope with it's victorian architecture and historical charm. >> Our floral wall dreams came to life on Saturday thanks to @devonandpinkett! When working with our bride Kristen on the design of the reception room at @hotelduvillage, we knew we needed something to make the crisp white and grey room really pop. We told the florist Kate about our vision for a colorful ombré style floral wall behind the sweetheart table and she totally nailed it even better than we envisioned. Of course @haleyrichterphoto had to get some shots of our gorgeous bride in front of this magical piece. #djgotusfallininloveagain <<

>> Saturday was basically the New Hope version of the royal wedding and it was magical. Kristen + DJ had their ceremony in the Princeton University Chapel, DJ’s alma mater, and during the rehearsal Kristen joked that she was basically Meghan Markle because we held the ceremony in the upper level of the alter with just close family and wedding party. After the ceremony we headed back to @hotelduvillage, which is a dream chateau in itself, for the reception. More reception details to come, but for now I’ll leave you with these two love birds.
