Dear Patients, Children's Clinic was able to receive a small shipment of COVID-19 Moderna vaccine which we are first offering to Our Patients over the age of 18 with existing health conditions: Cancer, Chronic kidney disease, chronic lung disease, Down Syndrome, Heart conditions, such as heart failure, coronary artery disease, or cardiomyopathies, Immunocompromised state (weakened immune system) from solid organ transplant, blood or bone marrow transplant, immune deficiencies..., HIV, use of corticosteroids, or use of other immune weakening medicines., Obesity (body mass index [BMI] of 30 kg/m2 or higher, Sickle cell disease, Smoking, diabetes mellitus.
