Now that we are in 2021 it is a good time to look at your list of wants and needs when it comes to your next home. What is one thing you absolutely cannot cross off your list?

2020 was definitely a year of 1st for me!! *1st time in my life that I am witnessing a world-wide pandemic. *Took me 55 years to realize that I like coffee......now I’m obsessed! My sister (won’t mention which one) says I am finally a grown-up! *Quarantined with the love of my life & still came out best friends! My soulmate forever! *Bri got married in a small, magical, fairytale wedding. I gained a handsome son-in-law!!Can definitely see why he stole her heart! *Lost 40 pounds....for the first time in my life, my New Years resolution isn’t to lose weight, but to maintain a healthy lifestyle! *Best year in Real Estate *But most importantly...I’ve learned to see everything in a positive attitude!!! Yes...I have down days for sure! But my shoulders...& especially my heart, were not built to carry a negative burden! It’s a weight that I have decided not to take on anymore! I’ve learned to look on the brighter side... the people I am lucky to have on my side, the house I am lucky to live in, the career that allows me to meet all types of people that quickly become near & dear to my heart! The family that would be by my side in a heart beat. Clyde (my English (not British ) lab, who shows me everyday that I’m his person & his life is in my hands. If he only knew it’s the opposite! We all have a past....& many of us have been though things others would be astonished if they knew! Things that have made me a strong, independent woman! But I’m looking at 2021 to be thankful for everything I have, everyone I know! Trust yourself! Believe in yourself! A happy life is what you make of it...make it a good one!!! Cath See more
