When should you push it to the Limit? People who are just getting started in fitness often have a misconception that they should be performing at the same level as other people who they see around them working out. If it were even possible to do you would be performing past your limit, not to your limit. The question arises... what then is your limit? The answer fluctuates. It depends on the time of the day. The day of the week. How much sleep you had the day before. Whether or not your boss got on your last damn nerve. And whether or not you're feeling emotional for one reason or another. It fluctuates on the hour, the minute, and every little second in between. Your goal as a newbie to Fitness is to listen to your body so you know where that limit is
