Our sewing circle is an amazing group of women lending their time and talents to provide a little warmth, comfort, and God‘s love to others. On display this morning were 23 quilts: 6 for the Gatehouse Hospice and 17 for the Pediatric Unit at UPMC Williamsport. Several bright and cheery pillowcases for the pediatric unit will also be donated. We’re thankful and blessed to have Sandy Barner lead this dedicate group of ladies!

We are back and worshiping in person! And this Sunday, we will have a special meeting immediately following service to discuss the repairs recommended by Masonry Preservation Services. Everyone is encouraged to attend and participate in this important decision. Comment below if you are interested in receiving information about the specific plan.

Sunday, March 14, our 10:40 Worship Service will resume. We will continue the same preventative measures as before. (temperature check, hand sanitizer upon entering via backdoor entrance: masks are now encouraged at all times in the church (if you are able) Reminder! Daylight Saving is this weekend so remember to set your clocks ahead one hour...Saturday night.

Greetings Bethel Family! As the county's COVID positivity numbers decrease, our excitement to gather increases, especially as we approach one of the most holy days in the Christian year. Beginning next Sunday, March 14, our 10:40 service will resume. We will continue the same preventative measures as before with 2 changes: masks are now encouraged at all times in the church (if you are able), and we will not be singing hymns. These and other measures will be re-evaluated... on a regular basis. Pastor Barner's message this week comes from the Gospel of John 2:13-22 and examines anger. We've all been there, like it or not, but is anger really something we should avoid? Think about it, if we never got angry would we be complacent all the time? What is Faith? Faith is a dynamic forward-moving relationship with God, as Pastor Barner will talk about in this week's message. Is there one of us who has not questioned our faith over the past year, given all that's going on in our world around us? Likely not. We are people of faith and must understand that faith is not static or passive. But how does our faith compare to that of Abram's?
