It is with light and love that Baransu Yoga has decided to remain open. We are a wellness center that provides services to support the mental, physical and spiritual well-being of our community. We will continue to support you in as many ways as we can. We will be offering a modified in-studio class schedule along with a new live-streaming class schedule and newly uploaded classes to our Google Classroom. With that being said we will continue to follow CDC guidelines! Class... sizes will be limited, masks are required at all times in-studio, along with providing a highly sanitary environment. I am beyond thankful to have this beautiful soul still with us. Amanda is not only an amazing healer, body worker, Kundalini teacher, and mother of three but a very dear friend. Welcome Emma to Baransu Yoga this Saturday for a free community class from 11-12:00. This class wil lbe a gentle flow class that will be accessible to all levels. "Hi! My names Emma and I received my YTT-200 certification from West End Yoga in May 2020. I decided to pursue teaching yoga after only 6 months of practicing because of the immense mental and physical benefits yoga brought me. I began practicing after I graduated from college because of the intense anxiety I fel...t entering a new phase of life. Yoga allowed me to take care of my mental and physical body while providing an outlet for energy and creativity! I’m currently pursuing my Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling and I plan to integrate my yoga training into my career as a therapist.
