It's Finally the Weekend! Khao Niew (steamed sticky rice) is a stable at any Laotian table accompanied with Jeow. There are many versions of "jeow" but here are 2 of our favs at Ban Bamboo. Jeow Bong a wonderful mixture of garlic, galangal, sweet and spicy chili dipping sauce.... Jeow Mak Len robust flavors of chard garlic, herbs, chili and tomato base chutney. Simple yet so satisfying to ball up some hot sticky rice and dip into Jeow!
