We finished up this giant velvet whitetail for one of our well deserved veterans. It still has its summer cape and scored 283 Boone and Crocket points.

A client of ours wanted something a little different then your average shoulder mount for his zebra. So we decided to make this custom form which feathers out to a flat skin in the shape of the Africa. We're waiting for the walnut panel to be made then the mount will be transferred from the temporary plywood to the walnut. The finished product is coming soon!

We're getting ready to load this zebra and gemsbok along with a cape buffalo and impala headed to their home in New York.

We had a great weekend at Nemacolin throwing back some cold ones and presenting Marine veteran Jay Cooney with the antelope he harvested in Montana. The antelope is a small token of our appreciation for what Jay sacrificed for our country. This hunt was made possible through the great efforts of the IATW Foundation and the Safari Club International Pittsburgh Chapter - First for Hunters. I would like to send a special Thanks!! to Kevin Broderick and Steve Monteleone and the entire IATW organization for the dedication they put forth to improve the lives of our veterans.

A Numzaan Safaris African hunt has been donated to us again this year and we will be auctioning it off on Saturday at the awards banquet. The donation is for 2 ...Hunters ,2 non-hunters , 5 days in South Africa's Limpopo province you may use a rifle or a bow (minimum of 10 days required for bow) the dates are March to October 2018/19 accommodations will be Lodge rooms with all meals, Beverages, and laundry services. Transportation will be in a fully equipped Safari vehicle during the hunt. Caping, skinning and salting of trophy provided. Each Hunter will have a $1,000 credit towards trophy. The donation value is $8,954. This will be at auction on Saturday at the awards banquet. See more

We just finished this nice Sable harvested at Numzaan Safaris in South Africa. It along with the remaining trophies are headed to their new home in Florida.

Not only is Kevin James Broderick a board member, he is also a chairman of IATW Hunting and Fishing committee. Kevin and his wife Barbara restored an 1883 farm house that sits on 75 acres in hopes of hosing many outdoor adventures for the warriors.
