The Anytime Fitness App provides valuable coaching, access to over 1,000 workouts, and guidance in times when a visit to your gym might not be an option. If you do not have the Anytime Fitness App, you can download it from the Apple or Android app stores. NOTE: You’ll need the number on the back of your key fob to activate. 2. We will be posting home workouts and daily encouragement and would love to stay connected with you at this time.
