Hello Friends, It is always nice to hear from our customers. I can't include her handwritten letter here as we respect our client's privacy. So, when Eco-Green Team is towards the end of the day sweating off in the steam to make our customers clothes are perfect, this will make it all worth doing it the next day! Hello friends, Yesterday one of our daily pick-up and delivery customers stopped by at our Mechanicsburg location. I like to take time to talk to customers, when I can and if they have time. I make it a point to ask how the service has been and is there anything else we need to do to improve their experience. He said he is very happy with the whole experience of: (i) Convenience, we pickup the green bag at his house and delivery the second bag each week. He joked that som...etimes he doesn't get it in a couple of days. (ii) With the previous drycleaners he was using, he had to make trips to drop-off and pickup costing him some extra time in the evenings. (iii) The last thing he mentioned is that he really loves our texting system each week to notify the customers that we will be picking up and dropping off on our route day(s) and he said "YOU GUYS ARE LIKE THE AMAZON OF DRYCLEANING! WITH THE NOTIFICATIONS AND ALL THE OTHER ACTIVITIES!" This speaks volumes from our customers. As I have mentioned before, Eco-Green Drycleaners is not just a "business", we would like to provide our customers "an experience," This really does make all of this worth running a business with great employees that provide their 110% effort day-in and day-out to hear the compliments like this.
