As a new mom with a new body I was very nervous to begin my fitness journey. Since I delivered my son via c-section it took some time for me to feel like myself again. I came to Anytime Fitness looking for a new start. I came across the personal training services they offer and figured I give it a try since I didn't know what to do or what equipment to use. After deciding to work with a personal trainer I was paired with Katy and what a great pair it was. My trainer Katy ha...s helped me learn about my body, create a fitness plan, and target achievable goals. Katy has introduced me to multiple different styles of working out that I would've never tried on my own. Katy allows me to go at my own pace and will create modified versions if necessary. Although it has only been serval weeks I feel better and I am noticing results because she is helping me build strength. Katy has given me so much confidence and has taught me a lot about what I'm working out and how each exercise targets a specific area. Overall Anytime Fitness has been such a positive experience for me. From the kind staff, clean facility, and social distancing style classes.
