Since September, rates have increased ...in all areas, with the sharpest increases in small cities and rural areas. Taking preventive steps like wearing a mask, staying 6 feet from others, and washing your hands are important to slow the spread of COVID-19 in all communities. 57 years ago on November 22, 1963 at 12:30pm our 35th President of U.S. John F Kennedy was assassinated by Lee Harvey Oswald while riding in a presidential motorcade through Dealey Plaza. Texas Governor John Connelly, seated in the seat in front of him, was grievously wounded as well in the attack. The President died at Parkland Hospital in Dallas, TX. He was laid to rest in Arlington Cemetery while our nation was left in mourning.
